Under (Permissions | Category Permissions) there is the option for "Can report posts". After enabling this, I'm not seeing any option for the users under this permission to report posts. I've tested the "Can like posts" option, and confirmed that toggling that permission does effect the users' options.
Am I missing something else to enable the report-posts feature?
