misago celery error

so when i start misago with docker-compose up , i get this error

celery_1    | Error:
celery_1    | Unable to load celery application.
celery_1    | The module devproject was not found.
celery_1    |
misago_misago_1 exited with code 2
misago_celery_1 exited with code 1

and i can't start the project in development , am i doing something wrong here?
