March has came to an end, so lets take a minute to look behind and see what progress was made since last update.
If you are observing MVP issue at Github, you may be wondering what's happening seeing how little was changed during the March in it.
This is because I don't tick off feature until it does what it should and there's tests suite for it. Currently threads list looks like this:
As you can see there's already an UI for going down and up the categories tree, there's threads list with some controls, there are buttons for marking stuff as read, moderating selected threads and posting new threads. Not pictured there's button for loading more threads below the thread's list.
From this list only "moderation", "edit" and "new thread" is non-functional. It's also missing updates detection and different thread types (there will be announcements and pinned posts), loading state UI and breakpoints for mobile.
A lot of work is also done in the backend, due to fact that some API endpoints will be reused in thread view.
The plan for April is to implement missing features bringing threads view to feature-complete state before finally moving on to thread view and posting.
