Sorry if this is a stupid question but I am struggling with finding how to pin a thread globally. Also in general with figuring out how the admin panel works and where to find features (not the most tech savvy person 😅).
Is there maybe also a documentation or guide from the user's perspective? So not the code documentation but an explanation of where to find features and how to set things up.
