I've been having a slight issue with applying a background color my control panel to make it night themed.
I can't seem to find the correct file, is it possible someone can point me in the right direction?
Any support is much appreciated!

You mean admin control panel? Its assets are 100% separate from forum's theme so you'll have to put custom
misago/admin/index.cssfile intheme/staticdirectory of your misago-docker installation.
