Hello, first of all, I would like to say that the Misago Forum is an awesome project. I was looking at it and I just have a question regarding the categories. It seems that the only person that can create categories is a superuser, but I am wondering if there is a way to allow users to easily create or request a new category.

There's no feature like that in the core. One would have to implement plugin providing this, but adding/removing categories is dangerous process because categories are stored as a tree structure in the database and adding/removing category requires update of all category entries.
Can you share why are you after this? What kind of forum are you creating?

This project is for one of my university classes where we have a client that asks us for these changes. It is actually expected that this project is deployed, and used. But they want users to be able to request categories to administrators so they can add them.
