Here's one more thing I would like to see in Misago 0.40: vanilla categories.
What's vanilla category? It's a category that behaves how forum categories behave in forums where top level categories can't hold threads. In Misago such category would require you to define subcategories in order for it to be visible in the UI. But it would also display in "classic" way. For example, its panel in ui would have a visually distinct header, like how it was in Misago versions before 0.16 rewrite:
Also, for those who don't like threads lists in categories displaying threads from subcategories, there will be a setting to disable this behaviour in selected category.
Finally, there will be a toggle for category to select how its subcategories list should be displayed on its own page: Full block, pills, or dropdown.
