I'd like to know if you plan to add Push Notifications that can be pretty useful for someone who wanna follow a category or topic and be still alive on forum (notifications could remind about content on some forum that are not so "dynamic" like e.g. gaming forum or smth else).
IPS 4 and Discourse have this amazing thing.

Push notifications are something I'm not really sold on or interested in developing and maintaining on my own, but somebody shouldn't have much of problem to develop 3rd party plugin for Misago that would add those. There are ready libs for Python for sending out those notifications AFAIK.
Push notifications would be a great feature. Most people don't use e-mail notifications anymore and prefer push notifications.
"Most people prefer push notifications" is a loaded statement. Are you able to back it with any market research? ;)

But each time I tried to use a tool / service with friends I had no chance without mobile and push support...
It's not going to happen in core package, but you can already do this with plugin, and will also be able to do it with plugin in v4.
