Project Forums updated!

Project forums have been updated and now are running latest code from master branch.

This code contains few tiny changes in ACL providers and one moderation feature intended to be part of 0.5 release: destroy user account. That's small utility function for community managers to nuke spammy members with one click from their profiles.

Another bump and few small bugfixes in how soft deletion is handled. Also some more blurbs found and noted down for cleanup in next year.

And warnings feature (together with plenty of bugfixes) has been installed on our forums. :smile:
