The profile details option is non clickable when trying to edit details. I've added the settings in settings.py but just wont woork?
Got it i think i had some old admin files in Misago/misago/templates/misago/admin removed them and got it working

Those have no effect on the application other than look of admin panel. It's more likely that you've restarted the instance, causing it to reload configuration and discover profile fields. ;)
