Mail notification when users are tagged or somebody likes their post.

In future I want to have proper in-application notifications mechanism in Misago for users to find out when they are mentioned, followed or liked (as well as usual "xyz replied to your thread" or "xvz has invited you to their private thread").

Personally, I am not convinced that mailbombing the user with notifications is good idea. Discourse solves this issue by enabling users to chose between immediate notification and daily digest, notifying the user about every like/mention/reply in single instead of, say, 42.

But as I was thinking about this I've reached the conclusion that Misago should give users greater control on notifications and emails, so I'll wont say no to this ;)
