I think if you can Tell everyone how you created those two pages, Everyone will be able to Create any other pages easily using same idea.
Or what do you think rafalp?

I have explained you this in previous thread: Misago provides feature named "Legal Agreements" that you can find in Admin Panel -> Users. If you create and active legal agreement in it, Misago will create special page for it, display link to it in footer, and also display checkbox for this agreement in registration forms.
