How to activate a child theme? I've created a child of the Default Misago Theme, but cannot find the option / control to switch it on. The Default Misago Theme still has the "Active" tag, but the child theme has not.

Also: if I import or create a new theme. Should the uploaded .css file be the misago.css file I created on my local development instance?

On themes list, each inactive theme has "ellipsis" that should contain "Set as active":

This depends on the nature of your customization. If you want to add custom CSS to default your theme should be a child theme to default theme, and don't include misago.css.

If you created your theme by cloning/forking main repo, customizing its LESS styles and creating new production build with gulp build, then your theme should be created without parent theme, and your custom misago.css should be uploaded.
