Counting threads views

    Misago is only forum software that doesn't count threads views. I should fix that.

    Simplest solution would be to just increase views counter for a thread on every request, but more complex approaches to the problem exist. For example, Discourse only increases views counter when last view was before a specified time. They even do it per IP address for anonymous users.

    Ehrm actually flarum doesn't count too. (except with the 3rd extension, which is bad.) 🤓

    I don't think the views are necessary. It is not important in either the flarum or the misago system. I don't miss it now.

    My benchmarks are Discourse, Invision, XenForo and all of them are counting threads views.

    Its also something I would like on my own forums to spot which threads attract the eyeballs.
