Configured forum address appears to be incorrect.
Your forum address is set to domain.com/forum while correct value appears to be domain.com/.
Links in e-mails sent by Misago will be broken.

and if i replied to someone's post it is showing URL : domain.com/u/testuser/4/

    Addon:
"Links in e-mails sentby Misagoill be broken." This text can be fixed too.

This warning tells you that the forum address you have entered in general settings is incorrect, because you have entered domain.com/forum while Misago is actually running under domain.com. This setting is not for changing forum address. Only for setting address to use to build links in emails.

This setting controls some urls in message parser to. After you fix setting's value by removing forum from it, you can fix urls in posts by clicking "edit" on them and then just saving them without any changes.

Btw, Misago is not build to run under path like domain.com/forum, you should use subdomain like forum.domain.com instead. Otherwise you are risking running into different unexpected errors on your site.
