Fixed post reply feature to mention replied post's author in quote tag.

672 - Fixed threads resort after new threads list is expanded/synced

679 - check for category being read didn't account for cutoff point set by "read all" buttons
681 - subscription tracking could get stuck in "previous post wasn't read by subscriber" state, not sending any notifications anymore

Unpinning this as keeping up to date with changes is too much of hassle with all those tiny fixes and tweaks ;)
