Change the link to each category

Is there any way to change the permalink to each category?

this link for each category. can i custom it into other name instead of the name of that category?

if the forum is using english as a primary language, i don't think there is an extra benefit, but my website forum is using my local language as a category name. the link is kind of long and messy as you can see in the image, so i'm trying to see if it is possible to change only the link into simple-english version instead.
